The Role
Our client uphold the values of positive behaviour support, choice, control and autonomy for their young people to lead fulfilling lives. They promote wellbeing for their residents by accessing alternative therapies, hydro pools, rebound while also upholding religious beliefs by supporting people to go to the church of their choice.
It is a high energy and friendly service with an absolute focus on delivering the highest standard of person-centred care. As the newest member of their amazing team you will have a proactive approach and be an excellent communicator. A great sense of humour is an important asset as well as holding a good understanding of positive behaviour support.
To be successful you will have worked previously in a care setting and understand the importance routine and structure for their residents. You’ll also be committed to inspiring the people you support and helping make a positive difference to the lives of the residents.
